Do you ever wonder how to decrease your child’s morning anxiety so the day can start on a positive note, for everyone?
Last Friday, during my free “Connect & Ask Questions” group call, Paula asked me about before-school anxiety with her 8-year-old son.
Paula’s ‘Q’ was: “What can I do about his morning anxiety? It’s stressful for him and it’s stressful for me.”
With a little on-the-spot coaching, we dug into their parent-child dynamic to understand what could be at the root of morning stress.
Then, we talked about a couple customized strategies to navigate the mornings with more ease.

If you’ve read a bunch of parenting books but feel stumped when it comes to applying a strategy in your family, I want to invite you to more spot-coaching opportunities.
Every week, during my 8-week online parent training, you learn a brain-based parenting tool that calms “fire in the brain,” and then we do spot-coaching with at least one family so everyone gets to learn a PRACTICAL way to insert the tool in real, and complex, family dynamics.
Online class starts this Friday, May 6 @ 12:30pm-2:00pm Central and runs for eight weeks. All classes are recorded so that you &/or your co-parent can watch when it’s most convenient. I hope you join us!
I’ll send one more spot-coaching video tomorrow so be on the lookout for that!

P.S. I do on-the-spot coaching every week during my live Mad to Glad Blueprint classes. That’s 8 weeks of face-time learning how to apply strategies to your unique family -- for a fraction of the cost of 1:1 parent coaching!
